With my last book signing today, I wrapped up this year’s sessions in the Connecticut Building at the Eastern States Exposition aka the Big E. I got to meet and talk to many wonderful and interesting people attending this fair which pulls together all six of the New England states in one big 17 day event. Dog lovers who visited our booth, especially enjoyed talking about the characters in this series. FASHION GOES TO THE DOGS is the one set in NYC that’s been described as “Die Hard meets Best in show. PUPPY PURSUIT, which just came out this month, takes the adventure on a cross country trip that has Kate Killoy, her fiance, Harry Foyle and an eight-week old puppy running for their lives.

I was able to take time during the day to talk to members of the CT State Police.

Here I am with Captain Arthur Goodale, Deputy Commanding Officer, Eastern District, Connecticut State Police at the Big E today. These men and women do such hard work to keep us safe. I was telling him about the CT State Trooper character I have included in my book series.

There was record attendance at the Big E this year on several days so I’d say it was a success. It was delightful talking to all those who stopped by the Connecticut Authors & Publisher Assoc. booth.
